Barei representó a España en Eurovisión en el año 2016 con la canción «Say Yay», compuesta por la propia Barei, Rubén Villanueva y Víctor Púa. Estaba escrita completamente en Inglés.
Fue escogida en la gala Objetivo Eurovisión, celebrada el 1 de febrero de 2016.
La cantante española actuó en 19º lugar durante la final celebrada el sábado 14 de mayo de ese año en Estocolmo. Finalmente, la canción quedó en 22º puesto con 77 puntos, y obtuvo 67 puntos del jurado y 10 del televoto.
